Can I ship to an address outside of the US? 

We operate 3 webstores one for the US, EU and UK. Each webstore ships to their respective territory. You can switch to the store which will ship to your territory via the 3 round flag icons in the upper left of a page. Not all inventory may be available in all webstores at all times. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer shipping to other countries.

When I order a pre-order game, when will I be charged? 

You will be charged when you place your order. Items on orders are shipped as soon as possible.

If I order a pre-order game and an in-stock game at the same time, when will each item ship? 

In-stock items will be shipped as soon as your order is placed. Pre-order items will be shipped when they arrive. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for the same order.

When will my game ship?

Due to increased order volume your order may be delayed. Please allow up to 14 days for shipping within the US. For questions about when your pre-order will arrive, please check out our Release Dates page.

Can I return or exchange a game from my order?

You may return an unopened and undamaged physical game within 30 days of receiving it, but will be subject to the 5% restocking fee, as well as the cost for return shipping.

I am moving, how do I change my address?

  • Login to your account.
  • Add the new address to your account (this will not affect existing orders).
  • Contact Us and let us know about the change so that we can apply the new address to your existing order.
