Earlier this month was the World Series of Board Gaming in Las Vegas, Nevada! There were a lot of exciting events happening for Diplomacy thanks to the legendary community champion, Thomas Haver!

This show hosted the National Diplomacy Masters and an Era of Empire Tournament. Congratulations to Dan McNeill and Richard Sweat for emerging victorious!

Dan became the latest National Diplomacy Masters champion after a four-round tournament, which ended in his victory as Austria on the Top Board.

Richard Sweat won the first-ever "Era of Empire" tournament in dominating fashion with a solo victory as Turkey in the final round. Expect both to return next year to defend their respective titles.
