Why the change?

Recent tariffs on imported games have significantly raised manufacturing costs, and now port congestion (which is also due to shifting global trade from those tariffs) has driven container shipping rates up significantly. This combination puts strain on our ability to release the game at a fair price and reasonable margin.

By launching via Kickstarter, we can better offset these costs by bringing Risk: GI JOE Special Missions directly to a wider audience of fans who love strategy and the Real American Heroes.
