One of the best solo games in years!
Initially, I was not interested in the theme. But after watching some game play videos I was intrigued. I purchased the game just prior to a vacation and took it with me. And I played it every day of my vacation, loving the challenge. The campaign story and win/loss balancing mechanism are rare for true solo games but added so much to the game. There are taut decisions throughout the game and rarely feel rote. There are surprises every game and knowing that it will take several campaigns to see it all makes the decision to purchase easy. The insert is great and very useful. The only (slight) issue is that if the cards are sleeved with common 57x89 sleeves, the story book no longer quite fits alongside the cards in the insert. Get this game, you won’t regret it!
