Hello UK Customers!

We have some great news to share with you all today! As of now, all order processing is completely automated for the UK webstore!! I know, that might actually sound quite boring – but I promise it's super exciting! Here’s some context, and what this means moving forward:

Previously, all UK orders were processed manually by our team and the warehouse. This presented two problems that commonly resulted in shipping delays:

1. The majority of our team operates in the US, so time zones were working against us.

2. Orders often required manual tweaking in order to be fed into our warehouse shipping system.

Now, all orders will be automatically processed immediately as soon as they’re placed. This means that most in-stock orders will now ship 1-2 days after an order is placed. In combination with our updated warehouse facility, the release timing discrepancy between the US and the UK dates has now diminished from a difference of months to a matter of just days or a couple weeks! You can now confidently rely on the US Release Dates page for general release timing.

In addition to all of this, our visibility into orders is also now at 100%, so the days of wondering about the status of an order is completely behind you! You can log into your Renegade account to see your tracking number and order status.

We’re thrilled to be able to offer a more enjoyable experience for our UK customers. It’s been a long time coming, but these things take a lot of time and hard work from multiple teams to get them set up right. Next stop, EU!
