It’s time for the final spoiler blog in Light and Darkness! This time we’re talking about Rinshi and Rinshi Beasts!

When fighting against Rinshi foot soldiers you may encounter a Rinshi Beast! Rinshi Beasts are Elite Foot Soldiers, and defeating them is worth double on the experience tracker. However their enemy cards are also twice as deadly!

Normal Rinshi themselves feed on the fear of the populace, becoming more dangerous if their location is panicked. Meanwhile their martial arts skills are rather advanced for foot soldiers, allowing them to answer Ranger techniques with their own!

Meanwhile, Rinshi Beasts can take on a variety of forms, each with their own unique effects. Gakko is straightforward and deadly, while Porcuponger’s deadly spines damage any Ranger who dares attack him or his allies, meanwhile Naja can actually revive defeated foot soldiers as Rinshi! Removing them from the experience track entirely!

These Elite Foot Soldiers are quite threatening, but are otherwise considered normal foot soldiers for the purposes of effects like the Mastodon Zord. Be sure to use all of the tools at your disposal if you intend to survive the Five Fingers of Poison!
