eCommerce Coordinator
Reports To: Sr. Manager E-Commerce
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Location: Remote (US-based)
SUMMARY
The E-Commerce Coordinator is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for building and maintaining exceptional product pages on our BigCommerce storefront. This person partners closely with the E-Commerce Senior Manager to bring products to life online. This role will use professional photography, artwork, video, and brand assets to create compelling, conversion-optimized experiences. They also keep the site visually fresh through regular graphic updates and help execute email campaigns via Klaviyo.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Page Creation & Content
- Build and publish new product listings in BigCommerce and other third party sites, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and variant configuration
- Curate and implement professional photography, artwork, video, and other digital assets to elevate each product page
- Write compelling, SEO-informed product copy that reflects the brand voice
- Ensure all pages meet quality standards for layout, imagery resolution, and mobile responsiveness before going live
- Maintain product catalog accuracy—updating content, correcting errors, and retiring outdated listings
Visual Merchandising & Site Freshness
- Refresh homepage banners, category headers, and featured collections on a regular cadence to keep the storefront visually current
- Source or create on-brand graphics and promotional imagery in coordination with the creative team
- Execute seasonal and campaign-driven site updates, including sale events, new releases, and special promotions
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all storefront touchpoints
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Build and deploy promotional and transactional email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Maintain and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, postpurchase, winback)
- Segment audiences for targeted campaigns and monitor open/click/conversion performance
- Assist with A/B testing on subject lines, imagery, and offers
Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support order and inventory data accuracy in Brightpearl, coordinating with ops/fulfillment as needed
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Senior Manager to execute roadmap priorities and campaigns on schedule
- Communicate asset needs to the creative team and track delivery timelines
- Assist with QA testing of new site features, promotions, and landing pages
- Track performance of product pages and site updates; surface insights to inform ongoing improvements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with BigCommerce or a comparable platform (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
- Proficiency with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing tool
- Strong eye for design and visual merchandising—you know what looks good and converts
- Comfortable working with digital assets: resizing images, light video editing, and basic graphic updates
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear written communication skills for product copy and internal collaboration
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Familiarity with Brightpearl or another ERP/inventory management system
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices for product pages
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for basic graphic production
- Exposure to Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
- Background in consumer products, hobby/gaming, or specialty retail
