Anastasia DeCobray could have led an easy life. Her upbringing as a European aristocrat gave her all the resources she needed for a life of ease and gallivanting. That was not to be, however. She radicalized as a terrorist and eventually fell into COBRA’s orbit where her brilliance and talent propelled her into COBRA’s High Command. While her loyalties currently lie with COBRA and its Commander, she has a close relationship with Destro that may demand more of her allegiance.

Baroness serves as COBRA’s intelligence operative. If COBRA ever outsmarts G.I. JOE, it will be thanks to her keen intellect and her skill at infiltration, manipulation, and covert ops.
