Born in Martha’s Vineyard, Allison Hart-Burnett has traveled extensively in her life. After study in Dublin, she became an accomplished linguist and actress. She is able to fluently speak at least nine languages. These skills allow her to naturally blend in nearly anywhere. She is a master of disguise; her impersonations are flawless.

On the battlefield, she is an accomplished combatant. She has a willingness to try new tech when it comes G.I. JOE’s way, but personally favors her power javelin over fancy firearms.
